Bio

Joe Wilkins is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, studio musician and music instructor. Living on Boston’s North Shore, Joe writes, records and performs continuously in the Greater Boston area and throughout the Northeast. His performances vary from full rock/funk band with electric guitar to more intimate acoustic duo and trio gigs.

At a young age Joe’s uncle would send him cassette tapes of strange sampled sounds and instruments from around the world. These tapes would end up being the catalyst for a lifetime of musical creation.

Joe plays guitar (acoustic and electric), Mandolin, Ukulele, Drums, Bass and he knows three chords on Banjo!

Joe releases original music under his stage name, Bo Lawrence.
